Terms of Service

Welcome to RankBnB. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RankBnB, available at https://rankbnb.cloud.

By using RankBnB, creating an account, submitting a listing URL, starting an audit, viewing a report, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. About RankBnB

RankBnB is a software-as-a-service platform that helps short-term rental hosts and property managers analyze publicly available rental listing information. RankBnB may generate scores, recommendations, summaries, optimization ideas, and reports based on extracted listing data and automated analysis.

RankBnB is not affiliated with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or any other short-term rental platform. All trademarks, names, and brands belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use RankBnB. If you use RankBnB on behalf of a company, agency, concierge service, or property management business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to view reports, save audits, access your dashboard, start additional audits, or use paid features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

RankBnB may offer login through Google and email magic link authentication. You agree to provide accurate login information and to keep your email account secure.

4. Free Plan

The Free plan allows one audit per month and provides a limited report. The Free plan does not include full premium reports, PDF exports, or all advanced recommendations.

RankBnB may change Free plan limits at any time to protect platform stability and operating costs.

5. Paid Subscriptions

RankBnB offers monthly paid subscription plans: Starter, Pro, and Concierge.

Paid plans provide higher monthly audit limits and access to full reports, premium recommendations, PDF exports, and other plan-specific features.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. Subscription billing is processed by Paddle.

6. Billing Provider

RankBnB uses Paddle as its payment and subscription billing provider. Paddle may process payments, issue invoices, handle applicable taxes, manage subscription payment events, and apply Paddle's buyer terms and refund procedures.

When you start a paid subscription, you may be redirected to Paddle Checkout. Your payment information is processed by Paddle and is not stored by RankBnB.

7. Subscription Changes and Cancellation

You may cancel or manage your subscription according to the options available through the billing flow or by contacting support@rankbnb.cloud.

If you cancel a subscription, you may keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by Paddle or required by law.

RankBnB may add a customer billing portal or manual subscription management support.

8. Audit Limits

Monthly audit limits depend on your plan:

• Free: 1 audit/month
• Starter: 3 audits/month
• Pro: 10 audits/month
• Concierge: 30 audits/month

RankBnB may count an audit when it is created or when processing starts. Failed audits may still count if they consume platform resources, unless RankBnB decides otherwise.

9. Reports and Recommendations

RankBnB reports are generated using automated extraction, scoring logic, and AI-assisted or deterministic analysis. Reports are intended for informational and optimization purposes only.

RankBnB does not guarantee that following recommendations will increase rankings, bookings, revenue, visibility, or conversion rate.

10. Listing Data

Users submit public listing URLs. RankBnB attempts to extract publicly available listing data such as title, description, photos, amenities, ratings, reviews, location signals, and other information.

Some information may not be available, may be incomplete, may change over time, or may not be extractable from public pages. RankBnB may display extraction confidence or limitations when data cannot be extracted automatically.

11. No Platform Affiliation

RankBnB is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or any similar platform.

12. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• use RankBnB for unlawful purposes
• submit URLs that you are not allowed to analyze
• attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
• bypass subscription limits or access controls
• misuse reports for misleading or fraudulent purposes
• copy, resell, or redistribute RankBnB reports without permission

13. Acceptable Use

Your use of RankBnB is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy available at: https://rankbnb.cloud/acceptable-use

14. Availability

RankBnB aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, third-party providers, platform changes, AI provider limits, payment provider issues, or technical incidents.

15. Third-Party Services

RankBnB may rely on third-party services including Supabase, Paddle, AI providers, hosting providers, email providers, and analytics tools. RankBnB is not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

16. Intellectual Property

RankBnB, its design, scoring structure, reports, software, branding, and platform content are owned by RankBnB or its licensors. You may use reports for your own listings or business operations, but you may not copy, sell, reproduce, or create competing services using RankBnB's proprietary materials.

17. Data and Privacy

Your use of RankBnB is subject to the Privacy Policy available at: https://rankbnb.cloud/privacy

18. Termination

RankBnB may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay subscription fees, attempt to bypass limits, or create risk for the service or other users.

19. Disclaimers

RankBnB is provided "as is" and "as available." RankBnB does not guarantee:

• increased bookings
• improved Airbnb ranking
• higher revenue
• complete data extraction
• perfect recommendations
• uninterrupted operation
• error-free reports

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankBnB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

21. Changes to These Terms

RankBnB may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
