Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using RankBnB.
By using RankBnB, you agree not to misuse the platform.
1. Allowed Use
You may use RankBnB to analyze publicly available short-term rental listing pages and receive optimization reports for legitimate business, hosting, or property management purposes.
2. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- use RankBnB for unlawful purposes
- attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
- bypass subscription limits or account restrictions
- access another user's reports or dashboard
- submit URLs for abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- use automated scripts to mass-submit listings without permission
- resell RankBnB reports as your own software product
- copy the RankBnB scoring model or reports to build a competing service
- upload malicious content
- interfere with Paddle, Supabase, hosting providers, or other third-party systems
- misuse extracted data in ways that violate third-party rights or platform rules
3. Scraping and Automation
RankBnB performs limited analysis of submitted public URLs to generate user reports. Users may not use RankBnB to run unauthorized bulk scraping, data harvesting, or automated extraction at scale.
4. Account Abuse
RankBnB may suspend accounts that:
- create multiple accounts to bypass plan limits
- attempt to avoid payment
- abuse free audits
- misuse support channels
- violate these rules repeatedly
5. Enforcement
RankBnB may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the policy has been violated.
